Most probably you got to this page because I gave you my card or you came to my talks on Miyazaki’s The Wind Rises at The Duke of York’s in Brighton, or my intro to the anniversary screening of Akira in Komedia.
Moon Rabbit Revolution is a soon-to-launch blog where I’ll go deep into what the films and TV series of Hayao Miyazaki, Satoshi Kon or Kunihiko Ikuhara are about, plus a number of other things I’ve been researching over the past six years including the mythology of Star Wars, and whatever is going on in cult series like Neon Genesis Evangelion, Cowboy Bebop or Revolutionary Girl Utena.
I’m also starting up a club in Brighton where I’ll do a running commentary on films and anime, as they play in the background. It’s a format I really love doing and have been doing for 6 years, and can’t wait to share it with the lovely folks of Brighton.
That said, I’m still setting things up and preparing the Moon Rabbit Revolution for launch. To let you know when the blog and/or the live events in Brighton will be starting out, whichever you’re interested in, sign up to my waiting list, and I’ll let you know as soon as I have everything set up.
